Cotton Pledget

It is used as a dressing material at the surgical site and wounds foreseen in non-invasive procedures following all surgical operations involving contact with damaged skin and damaged mucous membranes, or as a mechanical barrier for the absorption or compression of exudate.

Non-sterile, sterile, X-ray, and non-X-ray varieties are available.

It can be manufactured in the desired sizes.

Cotton pledgets must be used by authorized healthcare personnel with a sterile forceps or a disinfected hand.
